Studying over the internet

As I was reading email magazines, I came across a surprising online English school. The teachers are living in the Philippines and students in Japan talk to them over the internet. The monthly tuition is very cheap. If you only pay 4,000 yen a month, you can attend classes everyday. (But it's limited to one lesson a day.) I'm still surprised by the unique system. Who could ever come up with such a super nice idea??!! The person must be a genius, wow....
