Plum Festival

I went to see plum flowers in Tsukuba mountain.
They smelled so sweet as roses.
Let me show you a photo.
It looks pretty nice, doesn't it?

  • Here I am living next to the Tsukuba Express line without ever having been to Tsukuba. I saw the posters advertising the plum blossom, but it looked like a bit of a long journey to me.

Do you think plum blossoms create a different atmosphere to cherry blossoms? I'm glad you enjoyed the flowers; did you also enjoy the view of Tokyo?

  • Today I chased some chocolate chickens around my house. They laid some really big eggs! They were sooo cute that I didn't want to eat them, but I couldn't help myself...

I wonder where they came from?

  • Bernat,

Plum blossome look a little similar to cherry blossoms but plum blossoms smelled so sweet.
    Sakuras don't smell.
It was the big difference between them....I thought.

I guess they are from a country in Europe to be eaten by somebody who can appreciate real chocolates.
I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed them. yum yum yum....
