**Gobble Gobble Gobble**

Today, I went to see "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" with my sister.
It was awesome, wasn't it?

At Hogwarts, they had an amazing dance party before the competition.
It was like a prom in America.
Harry asked a beautiful girl to be his partner but...

I heard that they are preparing the next one and we can see it in two years(2007 summer). Oh, I want to see it soon! I can't wait that long!

My sister and I went to a doughtnut shop afterwards.
I like talking about movies over coffee and doughtnuts after I watch them.
Sweets and enjoyable chitchatting are our power!

Anyway, if you were Cho Chang, who would you dance with?
#1 Harry Potter
#2 Ron
#3 A handsome guy, Cedric
#4 A macho guy, Krum

Me? Of course, #4.

Japan Expo in LA

I heard that Japan Expo had been held in Los Angeles last weekend.
My friend living there enjoyed lots of Japanese stuff.

...kinda...Japanese drums, Japanese thick noodles called "Udon", Playstation and some pieces of rice cake with peanut butter!
Oh, sounds good! His story made me starving!

I really love rice cakes called "Mochi" in Japan!!
Yeah, I believe Mochi is one of the most delicious foods in the world!
"Mochi mochi" is used as an adjective and it means "gooey".

Oh, it reminded me of another "mochi mochi" food called "pao de queho".
It is a small cheese bread from Brazil.
The outside is dry and the inside is soooo gooey. It's heavenly!!!

Well, tomorrow is national holiday in Japan.
My plan is still open. What am I doing, Peach?
I might enjoy tons of DVDs or take a day trip to northern Japan.
Oh, I'm so excited that I can't fall asleep tonight!!!

Strong Drinker

I got a brand-new clock on my blog.
Let me show you!! It shows my time zone.

I think when you're reading and writing blogs, I'm in dreamland.

I'm usually sleeping from 2am to 7am.
But sometimes I fall asleep before midnight when I'm exausted.

I think I can't stay awake today until midnight because yesterday was a ukulele party.
My playing was awful! I want to forget it! Ahhhhhhh xD !!!!
BUT :D the party was so nice!
My friends and I drank alot!!

I actually can't drink so much, 'cause I get drunk easily and my face turns red. It's embarrassing...

Question! Are you a strong drinker?
(1) Yes----> I'm jealous!!
(2) No-----> Perhaps you're "the strongest" one?
(3) I'm not sure ----> OK, it doesn't matter! Cheers to your health!

Till next time:)

I didn't have any ideas that I got such super nice messages(:_;) uuuu <--I'm whimpering.

Well, today I'm gonna write about Japanese "emoticons".
When I write my blog, I use some smileys to express my emotion...like ":)" or ":D".
But people in Japan usually don't use both of them.
We use the following emoticons.
I hope you'll be able to see them on your computers!!!!!

New Year Cards

Currently, I really think "time flies"!
Well,it's time to prepare for next year, so I ordered New Year Cards today.

By the way, recently I celebrated some of my friends' birthday, Aweena's and Emma's! And my birthday is coming next.
I was borne on January 1st. Yeah, my birthday is New Year's Day.
It's one of the most special day for Japanese people, so all of my friends always forget my birthday.

I usually go back to my hometown to see my parents. But this time, my sister and I are planning to go traveling somewhere.....to enjoy a nice hot spring.

I don't wanna get older, but to be honest, I'm really looking forward to the day to eat my big big birthday cake!!!

Anyway, it's getting colder, so please stay warm and take care!

I Love "Oden"

It's chilly today, so I cooked "Oden" for dinner.
I think Cold weather and Oden are a perfect match!

I really like Oden. It's easy to cook, so delicious, and best of all, it makes me happy whenever I eat it. I'm wondering who came up with such a yummy cuisine. He/She must be a genius!!!

In Japan, it's very common and popular, so we can get cooked hot Oden at any convenience stores.
My favorite Oden ingredients are Japanese radishes(Daikon), Chikuwabu and "rice cake bags(Kinchaku)". They are sooooooo oishii(=yummy)!!!!!
Have you ever eaten them?
(1)Yes ----> Oh, good for you!!
(2)No -----> Oh, I wish I could share my dinner with you....

If you have the chance, please check it out!!!

"Inuyasha" y Gael Garcia

I woke up at 4am (wow!) to have a Spanish lesson over the internet.
I used MSN messenger. It was the first time to use voice chat.
Wow!!! The sound is so clear!!! It's much clearer than I expected!!

I talked to my new teacher(= my new student studying Japanese) who is living in Madrid.
She was SO nice and sweet, so I really had a great time!!

I've once gone to Madrid on vacation. It was a very short stay, but so impressive! The chat reminded me of the trip. I miss Spain.
If I master the Spanish language, I'd like to go there again!!

We also talked about Japanese cartoon "Inuyasha" ,and a very handsome Mexican actor "Gael Garcia Bernal". I saw him in a movie called "The Motorcycle Diaries~ http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0318462/".
He's cute, isn't he?

She strongly recommended "Inuyasha" and got me interested.
Ok, I'll check it out afterwards!!!

Ni hao!

I've just started studying Mandarin again today!

Since this April, I'd studied Chinese pronunciation for three months. But suddenly I became busy and then I took three months-off.

Today I studied how to use "adjectives".
eg....
...He's very tall!
...Your bag is nice!!
...It's hot today!! Actually it was hot in Tokyo.
...My Chinese isn't so fluent :-|

Anyway!!
I have a lot of things to memorize, but it's fun to learn new words and phrases!!

Oh, I forgot to ask my teacher how to say...
"Your blog is always G.G.G.GREAT!!!!"

Have a beautiful day!
