How To Pronounce "Squirrel".
I've just come back from my teacher's blog, "mountain breeze", which is about his new life in montain lands.
I came across nice photos of amazing creatures living there.
My favorite one is squirrel called "Risu" in Japanese.
It reminded me of my trip to a small zoo.
Let me show you some photos that I took in 2004.
At that time, "squirrel" was my brand-new vocabulary(!) and I couldn't pronounce it well.
I practiced "squirrel" again and again and again and again......, then I mastered it.
How adorable they are, aren't they?
Mr. Bushy-tail, say cheese!
He was hiding his food, but just after that another one came and digged it out.

I love your pictures of squirrels. To put it bluntly, they look cuter than your English teacher’s one!! I also had (and still have) difficulty pronouncing “squirrel”!

Kaori!
Thanks for coming.
I took these photos in Inokashira Zoo in Kichijoji.
They are so adorable that I want to eat(!).
Okay, let's go to "Tateshina Breeze" to say hi to wild squirrels!

Hey Peach, you are very kind to mention my modest blog. I'm glad you liked my squirrel - I love your Mr Bushy Squirrel.
I remember you telling me how you enjoy/ed [which one do you think?] taking photographs, it's great that you can share them on your blog. Maybe one day you can take some photos in Tateshina...

Birthday Alex!
I'm still enjoying taking photos, so "how I enjoy" is my feeling..I think.
My main digital camera is now out of order, so recently I take photos with my mobile phone camera.
Thank Mobile Phone!

Hi Asami,
Thanks for stopping by my journal and discovering my squirrels:D
Surprisingly, they didn't notice at all that their food had gone.
They looked like they were playing American football games.
