a day trip

Yesterday was a holiday, so my friend and I went to a hot spring. It was a day trip.

We took the outdoor bath.

From the spa, we could see green mountains feeling a lovely cool breeze.

After bathing, we had foot massages.
Mmmmmm....very comfortable.

Some hotel offers a bath for doggies.

He's saying, "ohhhh, heavenly!!"
He looks so comfortable, doesn't he?

Doggies like bathing?
My cat hated, so whenever she took a bath, she made a wry face and looked uncomfortable

"meooooow!" :-(

  • Ehhh~~ Pretty place! Seems very comfortable. I think Mikochan will like to try the dog onsen. :D

    @Gemma chan
    >.>; I never bath with other people before. Of coz *blush*. In SG, when we go SPA, we usually wear swimming costume. haha :P Therefore i dun feel *blush*

Anyway~ I'm glad! Coz Peach could take pictures of onsen. So i can take pictures of onsen when i go there. :D

    >I never bath with other people before.
Really? I know your feeling but Onsen is worth trying.
You can hide yourself using a little piece of towel or Gemma and Miko can hide you from other people:)

To tell you the truth, these photos aren't mine. I borrowed them from the hotel's homepage:P
Usually, there are naked people there, so it's not nice to bring our cameras to bath areas.

  • The Onsen looks very nice and comfortable! I want to go there too, but before I have to win in lottery or so..

    Anyway, thanks very much :-)

Why do you know "Onsen"? Is it a common word?
Does Leipzig have any spas where you can relax with your family and friends wearing swimwear?

I like Onsen and train trips^_^)

  • Wow, I wanna go spa! Sounds good trip :-)
Recently, I tried bedrock bath(岩盤浴)with my family. I could relax and reduce stress so I really recommend you to try it! Have you tried?

My sister really loves it, so she sometimes takes me to her favorite bedrock bath place.
You go there with your family? With all your family?
    How nice!

  • Wow, that place really looks relaxing. I should visit an onsen when I go to Japan in the future. Cool pictures. ^_^

You have a great blog and I enjoy reading it. I wish my Japanese friends would also write blogs in english.

One friend invited me to her blog but it's in Japanese. I know a little Japanese but the text used is in kanji, and I only know about 20 characters.

    Hi, Ernest! Welcome!
    Nice to meet you*shaking hands*
Ahhhh, I know it's pretty hard to read Japanese including some kinds of characers. I think you can ask her to write in English.
Are you interested in soemething about Japan?

  • Dog and a cat? Mmm strange they can live together.

Dogs are the best, they know how to enjoy small things in life.

I prefer dogs but my mother was scared of doggies , so I had a cat.
Se llama "Salad"...sounds cute, doesn't it?
She was really nice, calm and neat ....but she didn't like bathing. In stead of it, she was always licking herself.

  • Konban wa, Peah. :)

Wow, the spa sounds so wonderful. :D And there were mountains, too! I must try that someday!

Heehee. You tried to give your cat a bath? How did you manage to do that without the cat scratching you? I think my cats would try to scratch me if I tried to bathe them! ;)

    Matane!

Yeah, I wanted her to keep clean but she hated that. Just after bathing, she ran outside and rubbed her back against sand...ohhhhh
