Golden Week

Today is a day-off, tomorrow is the same, the day after tomorrow is also a holiday......
This year, April 29 to May 7 is a holiday week called "Golden Week".
It's cloudy outside but looks shining because of Golden Week!!!
I don't have to go to work!!!! (Am I lazy?)

This week, I want to read lots of books that I bought yesterday, watch DVDs, go see movies, go to Onsen(a hot spring) studying languges.
Can I ever do so many things? I don't know but I'm soooooo happy and excited.
Well, first thing to do is go to my favorite cafe and sip afternoon coffee.

See you!

  • Of course you're not lazy. Relish this moment, they don't come often in the world of Japanese working life. Indulge and pamper yourself...

  • Oh, I envy you... I have to go to school day after tommorrow!! BUT after two days, I have to work almost of the Golden week... Maybe there are so many people in anywhere so I don't want to go out anywhere.
Well, where will you go to Onsen?

  • Alex,
Thanks! I like this pharase:indulge and pamper yourself.

I've realized the meaning of "pampers" which is the famous diaper.
    Mmmmm..that makes sense:D

  • Erika,
I went to Hakone with my friend.
It was just a one-day trip, so we didn't have to spend a lot of money, 1800yen/spa fee.
Do you sometimes go to spas around Osaka?
I'm interested in Arima Onsen. Have you ever been there?

  • Oh, Hakone! Could you see Mt. Fuji?My H/K friend went there and he said Hakone was very good! He gave me a strap of kewpie in Hakone. It was very sexy kewpie like Kouda Kumi, ha ha☆

Sadly, I'ver never been to Arima... I want to visit there someday!

  • Chocobo,
Wow! You really know popular places in Japan as you showed me your photos of your trip.

I saw many tuorists from overseas.
Hakone has nice Onsen, a volcano, a beautiful lake and if you are lucky you can see nice Mt. Fuji from there.
    I highly recommend to visit!

    Hana,
Yeah, why don't we go to enjoy hot yoga together!

    Bernat,
I drew an "omikuji"(= a fortune telling stlip) at Hakone Shrine.
It said, "if you are still idle, you'll spoil your life. Study hard."..ohhhh, too strict.
Have you ever heard "omikuji" in your Japanese class? Of course?

    Erika,
Unfortunately no. I couldn't see Mt. Fuji yesterday.
But from some areas of Hakone, you can enjoy the beautiful silhuette of Fuji.
